Company Directory

• Global Address List (GAL) is supported on MfE 2.0
• With this feature it’s possible to search for other Exchange users, view their contact details, store their information to a contact, call them, or send them a message
  1. Company Directory
     
     
     
     
     • Go to MfE folder and start Comp.Dir.
  2. Searching
     
     
     
     
     • Insert part of the name or email address and press OK for search
  3. Search starts
     
     
     
     
     • Inserted name is being searched from the global address book
  4. Address matches
     
     
     
     
     • Address is matched, options can be used to view it, add it to the local contacts, to call or to create a message. Also it can be used to redefine the search
  5. Sending message
     
     
     
     
     • Found contact can be used to send a message
